Haspa Microsite

Hamburg, DE – When Hamburger Sparkasse, the friendly neighborhood bank, sought to attract and retain students as potential clients, they knew they needed a different approach to authentically connect with this demographic – many of whom may have never managed their own account before. While working at Jung von Matt/Elbe, Weinblum + Stahl’s co-founder, Nina Geidel, developed the concept for a unique digital campaign that would introduce Haspa to young customers on their terms.

Alluding to Hamburg’s Schanzenviertel, a vibrant neighbourhood that many of the city’s youth call home, a special microsite and mobile site that invited young people to visit the virtual “Chancenviertel” (“Neighbourhood of Possibilities”) was created, where they could learn about Haspa’s products and services developed specifically for their needs.

This young and fresh approach has increased young people’s interest in Haspa’s bank products.
